Introduction to the Sphere Ultimate Nutrition Course
Sep 9th, 2009 | By admin | Category: Nutrition Course ContentHere is a short video from me explaining how best to use this course:
Ok…first things first. If you are like a great deal of success stories then losing weight is a paramount goal for you. If not then that is ok, read on. This still applies to you.
What you will learn in this nutrition course (very quickly) is that healthy people are not overweight, free of chronic degenerative disease, manage stress and can look after themselves without the need for medication.
So, to this end we always come at it from a health perspective.
Want to lose weight…great…you will be undergoing a health programme
Want to improve your strength and conditioning..great …you will be undergoing a health programme
Want to improve your energy levels…great…you will be under going a health programme.
Now this is not to say that your specific goals are suddenly cast aside. Far from it. They are crucial to be aware of.
However, when you get healthier you will lose weight, your body will be free of the toxic load that is forcing you onto medications, driving up your cholestrol or blood sugars, that patch of dry skin will disappear without the creams, or that energy lull you get in the afternoon will cease to rear it ugly head.
SO many of us approach weight loss soley from the perspective of weight loss. Think of it like this. Poor sleep patterns will make you fat. Poor nutrition will make you fat. Your mercury fillings will make you fat and toxic. Your relationships and negative thinking will heighten your stress and make you fat.
Eat less do more is far too simplistic and a thing of the past.
Sure, you will lose weight if you restrict your calories and do some exercise. However, you will make yourself sick and 99% of the time the weight you took off with Spartan like dedication will come rebounding back on.
It is time to focus on your HEALTH over your waist line.
BUILD YOUR HEALTH. It will stay with you for life meaning that caring about the scales become a thing of the past.
At a deeper level your moods will even. You WILL become a nicer person to be around with more balanced moods. You WILL become a high performer with the ability to soaf thorugh the day rather than chug through it.
SO I urge you to take the time to get your head around the idea that
a) you can be fit and not healthy
b) you can be healthy and not fit
c) Sphere aim to make you healthier, leaner and fitter to face life’s challenges!
The Long Term - no transition just start with one tool, make it stick then move on to the next
Whatever you do each tool will ’stack’ on to the next. Very rarely will one tool by itself make much of a significant difference. However, combining or stacking each one week by week, will have a cumulative effect giving you the results you deserve.

The Quick Start
Grab your training diary and follow the goal setting section contained within.
Why is this important to you?
What motivates you and drives you to make this change?
Write this down
Then nip to your local stationer and grab a journal, lined and start writing. If you do this you are far more likely to achieve your goal. Each day start writing what you are grateful for
e.g. I am grateful for……
It should take you 3-4 minutes.
I have done this every day for the past year and it is no suprise that in the last year I have had the most rewarding and successful year ever both in my personal and business life. I will continue to do this habit!
Like most habits they take 21 time to embed as ‘code’ so stick at it.
The Sphere Training Diary
As a bonus to the course I am giving you FREE a copy of my Training Diary to download and use as an excellent monitor of your progress. In this diary you will be able to log your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle progress. If you are not assessing, you are guessing! Use it. In fact studies have shown that those individuals who chart and journal their progress are far more likely to succeed in their goals
