When I joined the camp I realised I wasn’t very fit but I can’t believe how different I feel at the end of five weeks,I am able to do exercises I used to do as a teenager.

My experience at health camp has been amazing…so much so I have signed up for a second one!! I was initially anxious about going down this road as in my mind I had been training for a while and I didn’t know whether such a change in direction would affect the level of fitness I had achieved but constant reassurance and the health camp forum got rid of all those worries.
All levels of fitness were catered for from the start and the group dynamic and constant motivation from John has been priceless. I was Unsure of what I was getting into. Was it appropriate for my age / would I be able for it / cost could have been an obstacle, but when I got the special offer I was happy that if it did not work out for me – it wasn’t an expensive mistake.
I think it is a service that can be tailored to meet each individual’s needs but at the same time demanding a definite commitment to achieve what you want from it. I particularly like the approach that it is about getting “healthy and fit” – not another “weight watchers” programme.

“Short Intense Workouts with Results after Week 1″
Originally I was hesitant to join Sphere fitness as I thought I wouldn’t have the time with other commitments especially considering the gym opening hours. But once I started going I now love the hours, I go straight from work and I have the evening to relax knowing I’ve done my work out.
Its actually given me more time rather than taking up my evening. Furthermore my time in the gym is maximised, because I am being guided in my workout I know what I am doing is worthwhile and I always feel it, everytime, even though
I don’t spend hours there. Another misconception I had about the gym is that is would be a mans gym with all weights, and I wouldn’t fit in or be able to lift like them, but now I know that every persons workout is different, so the lads get their weights and mixed work out, as do the girls, but no one feels watched or under pressure.
The one thing I really like about Sphere is that even though I can always feel the effects the next day, and I was seeing results after the first week, I don’t feel like I’m killing myself in the gym.
When I used to go to gyms before I’d do 20 minute reps on threadmills etc and I’d be so bored, constantly watching the time. In Sphere my workout is always changing, and I never notice the time go by.
Through John’s emails and guidence I have started eating healthier, which is something I’ve been meaning to start on my own for ages, but never did, so the support of the gym is great to have.
I have already recommended this service to a few people, and anyone who joins, including me, is surprised that it is more relaxed than they thought it would be, but you still get your results you are after.
