Your investment is 97 EUR for the first 30 days with zero obligation to join thereafter. This is a great time to see if the place is for you and equally we can see if you are willing to embrace our ‘results-driven’ environment that work hard to maintain. After that the fee rises to 127 EUR per month. There are no long term agreements. Instead we ask for a 60 days notice period. This comes into force after the first 30 days are up. You can also add on 1-1 Sessions if you feel you need the extra coaching. These work out at 50-60 EUR per session.

Your membership will include a set number of BodyCheck Assessments per month, Training Sessions, Custom Programme Design, Professional and Expert Coaching, our T2H Nutrition Plan with eating plans, shopping lists and menus, access to our membership site and accountability in abundance!

After an initial consultation you can determine which programme is for you. Our 30 day trial is the best place to start. In this period we can see if a) you are ready for the type of commitment we need from you to succeed – WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVERYONE and only accept those people who are willing to give it 100% and b) if we are a good fit for you. We are not for everyone and we don’t pretend to be either. The only way is to give it a go.

We are based at Unit G10 Maynooth Business Campus, Maynooth, Co.Kildare just off the N4. For directions see here.
Yes there is parking – please park in the designated parking spaces up from the main entrance when you come.
We are open from 7am to 10.30am and 4pm until 8 pm Monday to Friday with Saturday opening hours from 8-12 noon. If you wish to train outside these hours your best option is to call us and I am sure we will be able to accommodate you. Sessions are divided into hourly coaching sessions.
Once you have signed up you can book in for sessions, appointments and classes by visiting our online booking system here. You will need to create a log in.
To cancel any membership we require 60 days notice via writing or email to accounts @spherefitness.ie
You can book an assessment by heading over to our online booking system or by speaking to one of the coaches.
There is no ‘type of programme’. All programmes require a minimum commitment from yourself and the willingness to put in the work. Everyone has their own programme designed for them through our Programme Design Department.
You can come as often as you like. We would recommend 3 times per week. You have a set number of sessions to redeem each month. However, if you wish to train more frequently you can do so at no extra cost on your part.
Once you have joined up an invitation will be sent to you via your email address that you provided. This is then approved. There are additional gated areas on the site which you will need additional approval once there.

Yes we do. Although please bring your own bath towel.
Not at all. The only thing we do ask you to bring is the willingness to succeed and put in the effort. We are not a ‘rent a friend’ or ‘focus on member numbers’ type of club. We want you to succeed. We find out your starting point from the initial BodyCheck and work from there.

There are several types of classes – we like to think of them more as supervised coaching sessions – much like if you were to join a sports team and become coached. Our timetable is divided up as follows
Free Time – The gym is open and operational. You can train but without direct supervision. All members will have their own programme to work through.
Focus Sessions – these start at set times and are directly supervised. Once sessions are in progress you can not join in and pre-booking is essential. Group ratio is 1:8-10
Personal Training – By Appointment Only.
Camp Sessions – these are at set times each week normally in the am and pm at 1900. These are part of a 4/5 week programme.
