App Introduction

By now you should have your 1st Body Scan, done a training session and had the opportunity to get to grips with the booking in system and the heart rate monitoring that we have during our sessions.
In order to help us help you and track your progress we have created an account for you with our app from our partner ‘trainerize’.
You should have receive the welcome email and a link to set yourself up. 
In this app you can: –
1) DIET – track your diet with a seamless integration with myfitnesspal and even pen and paper by uploading your food record as an image within the messages section. That way we can monitor and track your diet each week and even every day making calorie adjustments to ensure you get results.
One way to do this if you are not on myfitnesspal is to take a picture of your food record and upload. Great for early stage clients who are developing mindfulness but over time you will need to get an understanding of how much you are eating and this will come down to using myfitnesspal.
2) TRAINING – your programme will be uploaded and there to follow along with videos, sets and reps. Performances can be tracked too showing you how you are progressing with your training!
3) TRACKING – you can monitor your activity levels daily by heading to the calender and entering the steps or, if you know it, the calories burnt during your training session with the Polar monitors.
4) REAL TIME MESSAGING – have a question for your trainer? Shoot away. We also use this to check in with you. This is fundemental for your accountability.
5) MEASUREMENTS – any measurements that you may have can also be uploaded providing  you with a great way to track your progress with regards your weight and body fat levels. Results from your Bodyscan and also your own scale readings can be put up here.
