Training Programme

In this section you will find your gym training programme. This is designed with your goals in mind. It is also the area where you may request a training plan for at home, during travel, to stretch. Let us know and we create one for you.

There are HD quality videos and descriptions of the exercises if you are unsure too whilst working out on your own.

You can also use it as a diary of progress and record your scores – not only with the weights that you lift in the gym but also any distances or times you cover in your efforts outside a gym.

Meal Plans

Our coaching packs are a super way of providing fluff free dietary coaching to help you create a sustainable way of eating for life.

We have multiple packs for different goals ranging from habit tracking to calories, gut health to advanced methods of fat loss.

It is also the place to link up myfitnesspal if you use this to track your calories. Whilst as coaches we can’t see your food choices, the link allows us to review your calorie and macronutrient intakes. If you wish us to have a look at this drop us a message.

Calendar

The calendar section can help you keep on track and build momentum with your activity and training. By simply recording what you do, you not only get that feel good hit with your training but also an overview over days, weeks, months and years (!) or your progress. This is invaluable.

Progress Reports

This is where you can log and record any changes in your body composition and be notified of your progress as you work through your training. This is a super motivator after all that hard work you performed. Why not share it with your friends?

Having performed a scan or daily weigh in, log it here and the system will show you how you are doing. The workouts are great should you be away from the gym and need that guidance and support to make sure you are doing things correctly and not wasting time, and effort!

By logging into the desktop version you will also see more results available to you and it also opens up the graph format so that you can see your progress over a period of time.
