Do we need to beast ourselves to get results?

I have started working with one client recently and
it is more than likely that he will not see a gym for a
good while.

Mad isn’t it?

I mean surely we need to beast ourselves to get results?

Surely we need to dust down the singlet and start throwing
weight around to beat the band….

OR take ourselves to a near death experience at a spin
class

Study after study has shown that High Intensity Exercise
works.

So does the amputation of a limb.

Everything my friend has to be seen in context.

before they train….

“How are you today?”

AND

“How was your sleep last night?”

We also observe from the moment they set foot in the gym.

If there is a bound in their step then yep..time to put the
foot down.

If there head is down then time to take it down
a notch or not at all.

“What about the gym?” this client asked

“Not for a wee while” I said. “Let’s get some energy
up through your nutrition and improvements to your lifestyle”

I set a time frame of around 4 weeks with the most effort
extended to parking the car away from the entrance and
taking the lifts sort of stuff.

You see I know that this client has the mind set for some
SERIOUS change. The sort of stuff that sheds 100 lbs +
and stays off.

The sort of stuff that gets your sexy back.

Or helps you manage life FOREVER.
