Sarah, joined us for our Live Well 50+ Programme and despite feeling unfit, fear of being judged and that she had never been in a gym found herself loving it!
Sarah attends 2-3 times per week and even after a set back when she broke her leg, the support and coaching didn’t stop there
Her goals were to feel fitter, get fitter and “be able to run & catch that Luas I missed every night when leaving work”!
Since then she feels fitter, more toned, has lost weight, feels good with improved mental health and can catch that Luas! Well done Sarah!
