I was in the UK last weekend and took the opportunity to go for a trot
with my lovely wife through the places that I used to haunt as a kid.
We are taking a lovely woodland areas with streams and trees and
overgrown pathways.
Really refreshing.
Until I remembered the time that I hit a snow covered pot hole
and stacked it into a tree first and then a icy cold stream.
My dad dragged me home crying like a baby (aged 18).
Or when the rope snapped trying to cross the stream and I ended
up with my brother laughing his stones off at me.
He was about as much help as a chocolate tea pot.
Laughter aside if you ever want to get the most from your exercise
regime then change your environment.
That is why we are opening up new venues to our clients in Sphere.
So join us every week at 7pm on a Wednesday or 7am on a Friday
in outdoor venues. We will advertise where we will be each week.
It could a run along the canal, bootcamp in the park, circuits in the
college ground. The main aim to get you out of the same old same
old boring sh*t and keep things fresh.
The tin will always be there.
Next week we will be at the following places:
Weds 7pm – Maynooth Train Station (Canal + Park)
Friday 7am – Maynooth Train Station (Canal + Park)
So join us! We would love to see you there.
Yours in health
John
p.s. Don’t forget Saturday 31st is the Nutrition for Fat Loss
Workshop with my main man Stephen Grimes from Red Chef

He will show you all the short cuts you need to make healthy
cooking meals tasty and effortless in your attempts to lean up.
It is frightening how good this is.
