Got the blues?
Then try exercising early in the morning.
I could never work out why I always felt
better through the day when I had thrown around
a bit of tin first thing in the morning.
Well the science has caught up and now it
can give you a bit of a lift for up to 12 hours.
This compares with the evening.
Not bad eh?
Just a few things though.
Try and have SOMETHING inside of you
before you train. If you can’t eat then use these.
If you don’t then the likelihood of hitting your goals
becomes pretty reduced.
Also stick some water down the hatch.
If you are training first thing then make sure you
warm up pretty well.
We always take folks through some Total Mobility
drills and this keeps those joints healthy.
Coffee and a bit of coconut oil works well as a pick
me up too.
As does a good Greens drink.
If your schedule demands it these are some useful
tips to get you going and make sure your training
is productive.
Yours in health
