Why you binged

Binged last night? or slipped out of your diet?
You are not the only one.
In most cases that binge you had over the weekend
is your physiology (your body) trumping your
psychology (mind).
You can’t out think your hormones.
They are going to do what they are going to do.
That is why I would say to you have a crack at eating
4 meals a day instead of three.
it helps you balance out the hormones responsible for
managing your blood sugar.
If you let this go out of control by skipping meals or
snacking on high refined cereals and grains
YOU – ARE – IN TROUBLE
you are on a one stop train to the pantry and the next
edition of ‘who can eat the mars bars in 60 seconds’
Your blood sugars have crashed and you are now
in free fall. At this point the thought of a salad with
chicken is about as a appealing as a naked sea swim.
How do you stop this?
Eat breakfast.
Eat lunch.
Then have a mini meal
before dinner (this could be your lunch mach 2)
Take some supplements around your
training if you are training.
Simple but works.
You never get hungry and you keep yourself from
eating your arm.
