You will see athletes in their prime. They are like robots. They eat right (in most cases) and train with consistency.
The motivation essentially comes from within. We call this intrinsic motivation. Most of the time they are not motivated by someone shouting at them or holding their hand. It comes deep from within. A drive.
You can find that too! It takes some effort but it can be done and it is easier than you think. It starts with ‘why’. Why this is important to you? It could be for your children, your partner, your work, your sport. Whatever it is there is an underlying reason why you do what you do.
Martial arts have a belt grading system that provides a logical and progressive way of examining yourself against yourself and others.

Work your way through the chart. With completion of each section get it stamped by one of the coaching team who can verify the achievement.
